Leadership needs to be more aware of how technology is shaping the success of the company, and should be open to learning the technology process instead of making assumptions
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is amazing and works very hard to be recognized as leaders in the company - it’s an uphill battle to prove we are not overhead and actually save the company tons of money from lost clients and reputation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Company is small so it’s easy to get approval to implement a new idea or process. At the same time, your perception means everything so need to be careful not to fail
