Most arrogant immature people I've ever worked with. So much gossip. Animal neglect. Drug use on the sales floor. A nightmare.

Stop gossip and grow up.

They seemed nice. And like they cared about the animals, but that was just a show.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Welcome new employees as part of the team and not isolate them by boasting about how great you are and how much your boss loves you.
