It's pretty straightforward when it comes to the interview. Corporate drags their feet getting anything done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Despite the amazing work environment, the company pays below a living wage and have no benefits for part time.

We communicate with each other and if we have any issues with each other, we talk it out like adults.

The communication with each other is top notch as well as watching out for each other and backing them up when needed
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to make a customer happy with their purchase and confident that we found a solution to any issue they may have
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They actually help you learn about the product as well as help you find your pitfalls and fix them. If you have an issue, they are very approachable and work with you to find a good solution.
