I have learned and grown more during my time at Pet Honesty than in any of my other roles and companies combined. To say that I have been given the chance to take on increasingly more (as I have requested) and advance significantly in my career while here would be a massive understatement.

I've been given several opportunities to take on projects and roles outside of my previous experience and scope. Given my lofty career aspirations, that's invaluable to me. It also helps that I like my team and my leadership. Those two things make it easy to like Pet Honesty

They have a great team spirit - there are very few, if any, instances of CYA or taking un fair credit for ones self

It's refreshing to have a team that I would (and do) enjoy spending time with outside of work. I think it really contributes to our company's agility and productivity.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very approachable. Despite decades of combined experience, egos really seem to be checked at the door; all ideas are welcome and any member of the leadership team will make themselves available on a professional or personal level.
