It's been a rollercoaster through all the transitions: vestar, previous leadership creating a toxic environment, change in leadership/marketing direction, etc. It feels like a stormy period right now but I'm hopeful that we'll work the kinks out as an org. and get to a better, more successful place

I'm aware that the base salary for my type of position with my level of experience is about $10K higher than what i'm making here.
