What do you like best about the leadership team?

While not perfect, leadership strives to put in policies and goals that are realistic and empower the rest of the company to grow individually and on departmental levels.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We push ourselves to be better. There's no undercutting, sniping or pettiness to the environment. People genuinely believe that we as a team can pull anything off.

What makes you most happy at work?

Everyday is different. I'm constantly challenged to be better. It also helps that our clients are largely in the video game interest and that is a sincere passion of mine.
