Exciting ! I love my job , although I have been here for 5 month, I am always excited for the next day. I love my team, my manages, they've been very supportive . I am excited to learn and to see what the future has for me in the company and for the company as it continues to grow.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The togetherness, the motivation to do better, the family vibe that I can say exist and you become part of as soon as you join. Is like everyone is cheering for each other to do better
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that they are accessible, they are very close to everyone and these gives us that are coming from the bottom, the vision to grow. I love how motivated they are every day and how they pass on this motivation to others.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very together, I love the welcoming vibe that they have , they are always willing to teach you what they know. They are no selfish but I can say that I have a selfless team that push me to be better everyday.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am fairly new ( started in September) but the incentives and bonuses and everything that the company has and does for me as an employee , excites me for the future and keeps me going with a focus to do better every day.
