Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the commission structure is great, but the base salary could be higher for how many hours we put into this job.
What makes you most happy at work?
The energy in the office is always positive and it makes me happy that I can ask questions freely and get answers that drive my success.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone likes to have fun and boost each other up. There are people in the office that I consider friends for life and like to have them in my personal life as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they offer so much autonomy and support to me on what I want to do with my career. It's a very collaborative environment and I always feel like I have a safe space to share my contributions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love how positive and fun my team is. As a team of all young women we all support each other and have so much fun in and out of the office. I always look forward to catching up with my team and trust them with my best interests.
