My overall experience at the company has been very positive. Made great friends, earned decent money, seen fairly consistent career progression, built an industry-leading team and trained some fantastic people. I also believe in our CEO and where he is taking us. I'm very happy at Phaidon.

Energy, ambition, determination, competitiveness and guile are just some of the fantastic traits the leadership team holds.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being acknowledged as one of the best at what I do both internally and externally. I love making candidates and clients happy even today after nearly a decade in the business. I also love seeing people I have hired fulfill their potential. Very satisfying indeed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the shared experiences we've had given most of us have grown into leadership roles organically from entry-level. While we have all got to where we are at different points in our Phaidon career, most of us have experienced the highs and lows together, creating a great support function.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Like most credible businesses I'm aware of (many of which we work with as clients or are hunting grounds for talent) employees are paid accordingly with their contribution and rank as a whole. The fact individual contributors can earn more than the managers that trained them seems unfair and unusual
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In most cases, hard work is rewarded. Sales is not easy and you will lose more often than you will win so I think Phaidon does a great job of making sure people celebrate the wins, no matter how big or small. I also love the fact we have a platform that can change people's lives financially.
