I like our teams comradery and goodwill. We all have our own agendas but at anytime someone is having a slow start or needs advice, someone is always willing to offer advice or a suggestion that can turn things around.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team consistently pushes us to maximize our potential each week. Will identify places that we could use improvement to get the best month and will assist or allow us to independently figure out solutions building our skill and just overall character. I like our mutual trust!
What makes you most happy at work?
I really enjoy connecting with our candidates and clients understanding their goals and what they're looking and helping them achieve that next step. I like being apart of growth and just seeing where our result helping them achieve that hire or them getting that next job takes them.
