We're highly motivated with lots of friendly competition, but equally as supportive of each others successes!

The people- every day comes with new successes and learning opportunities and it's so fun to do it alongside my coworkers.

They're very transparent about the goals of the company and the direction we're headed! It feels good getting to be let in on the company's plans.

My team is incredible- so collaborative, energetic, and we all have the best interests of the company and the people we work with in mind at all times.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have unlimited earning potential and the commission percentages are SO much higher than most other recruitment firms. The promotions for your commission percentages are achievable and let you earn money fast!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is made up of organic management throughout our offices! Most leaders within the company started out at the beginning Recruitment Consultant position and worked their ways up the ranks from there. They are constantly rewarding hard work as well!
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is lots of friendly competition with incentives run through the teams/offices, but on top of that everyone wants one another to succeed. There's lots of support and everyone finds different ways to make the job something that ends up being so fun day to day!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work is so fun! We all get along with each other as colleagues but also outside of work. I love being part of a team that can interact professionally, but then also go watch a baseball game or get a drink together after the work day.
