We are all so different but bring different things to the table when it comes to professional development. It is nice to be able to work with people who have the same goal and a different way of doing things.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Here in the LA office it seems like there is a huge push to ensure that we enjoy ourselves outside of work because the ultimate goal is to have a good job to be able to enjoy our life outside of the office.
