Flexible, teamwork, family like and listens to new ways and how medical can intergrate into new settings.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Again- culture. Its hard to accept the new ways in pharma. Phat is creating an environment differnt from the norm of big pharma. What was done at takeda and other companies might not work in a smaller foot print. Many realize this and embraces new ways.
