My direct are all customer focussed. Theywant to deliver and they take accountability for there actions

There personable, they want to get stuff done (but they dont recognise they need to get involved to correct the problems)

The culture is flawed, the organisation has to many people fighting to ensure there old jobs still exist. Decision making is being steered day to day by people who in theory wont be there in a few years. Be bold make some big changes that boost the morale of the good resources who are looking arou
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The work i have to do should equate to more hires. Instead we force the behaviour with no renumeration. My role was rebenchmarked and its clear it was done to favour others less new to the function. The market average is considerably more but no payrise.
