Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Overworked by mid-level managers who don't understand how to scale out the team. It adds additional workload and you end up doing multiple jobs and working late - not equating to fair pay.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Every quarter there is a restructuring of management that causes major ripple affects to all the teams and confusion around roles and responsibilities. To fix this the senior management team needs to clarify core values and the company's mission and purpose so it resonates across the organization.
