What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to work in aviation and serve my community.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Very descriptive and detailed and open to helping you enjoy the role.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The team is great and very dedicated. The fact that we all love aviation keeps us here.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Positive as in building relationship with coworkers and passengers, but negative when you work 40 hours just to see your paycheck at 300$ roughly.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Extremely undervalued and underpaid and extremely low morale for the entire station due to pay and compensation. The station is extremely Understaffed due to pay.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The immediate supervisors and ILM managers are very dedicated and easy to work with. The corporate managers away from the airport that determine pay, do not care how you feel. They expext the job to be a low morale, rotating door of employees who are not happy with the pay and the labor.
