What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Keeping to their word. They say one thing do another. We are all hired on as instructors but are treated differently depending on our the different career fields we are training.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The people that are being hired do not know how to do their job. We are getting by, by having the people that know how to to do the job take the brunt of the work while others sit in classrooms or are not there. Those same people are getting paid the same or more.
