I like I say every year, PKL has put a roof over my head and enough cash in my pocket to pay my bills and live a comfortable life.

Mike fights tooth and nail for the rights of his employees and what is best for his everyone.

I work closely with Scott King and he always has my back. Our conversations are entertaining and he has a wealth of knowledge to tap into.

going above and beyond anyone else in this position to help the employees around me. The correct the perceived wrongs and negative experiences others have had when dealing with past office managers
What is the best part about your compensation package?
ESOP is really what is keeping me here, EOS is an added bonus. If we had school for children or PKL paid for Iqamas / Family visit visas it would be an even sweeter deal.
What makes you most happy at work?
Taking care of all the employees under my care. Answering their questions about this, that and whatever because there is always someone with a question to ask. That and coffee, full coffee bar in the office.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
ESOP is what really keeps me here, EOS is a great added benefit but it helps with the PKL advance repayment because we only get half a paycheck our last month in country. The ability to have my family here with me keeps me here even longer.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work closely with my co-worker and the interactions I have with them makes the day fly by and enjoyable. Putting me in this position was a Godsend from my previous location because one co-worker seems to go out of his way to make my day drag on and on.
