I'm still relatively new, but the overall experience has been pretty good. Honestly, I don't know what to really expect this being my first civilian job since retiring from the military...but, it's been pretty good thus far.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to teach the students something new...and/or improve on the foundational knowledge they already have
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really enjoy the interaction with the Saudi students, the culture, as well as the diversity of my coworkers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Diversity, knowledge, experience, camaraderie, it's like being back with the guys in the military...that piece that you yearn to leave, but miss once you do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Rental car, accommodations, and the pay as of now...other's like the ESOP I don't qualify for as of yet, however this would be a great piece once eligible.
