I feel working at PKL is like working with family. I am fairly new and everyone is eager to help me with anything I need or answer questions without hesitation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am happy to go to work every day because of the work I do and the company I do it for. PKL has been the best company I have worked for, both in the environment and the team I work with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay is lower than I have received in the past. That was the hiring rate and I wanted to work at PKL and accepted the offer. The rate is difficult for me to live on and I need to go to outside sources to bring in other income.
