Management in Poway has no idea what is happening in KSA. Protect the contract is a mantra , but it means hide, lie, etc to the customer to keep the contract. Some people have the mentality of children and they like to embarass the Saudis. They are a disaster for PKL

Management in Saudi are incompetent and run a chrony sytem lots of mistakes and hiding of mistakes.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some people are qualifed and hard working. Others are just the opposite. Retention is based on cronyism not skills and performance
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
What goes on in saudi arabia is out of control. You really have no clue. We need former military officers to manage PKL on site. Having a bunch of NCOs with no corporate management experience or HR knowlege is a disaster waiting to happen. A lot if these guys are leading PKL open to lawsuites.
