Overall good. Was originally told I could take LWOP the first year so I could build up some time off hours. However that was a lie and was forced to use my time off first. Also the union is a joke and wish i could get out of it. So I would say the company is good but the union makes it worse
What makes you most happy at work?
Turning wrenches. And not dealing with bs issues
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Up front, Personable and Approachable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have known and worked with most of them prior to PKL so it's just like the old days.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The union ruined all of this. I would rather have a 5 or 6% matched 401k and ESOP that was offered before the union. Unfortunately the union was set up before I started.
