
I am most happy when we as a team can motivate a student to succeed and learn something new. I really enjoy it when we see a student grow and make improvements over time in the training program.
As I said before we are a small company, so we can have more a tighter relationship from the top to the bottom of the company. This helps in creating an environment where everyone looks out for one another.
The best part of our compensation package is not having to worry about typical life expenses like insurance, accommodation, and transportation including a flight home once a year taken care of. Without some these benefits I don't think half the staff would want to work here.
That we can be free to discuss problems with our managers and co-workers. Let's face it, this is not the easiest country to work without having some cultural clashes. Having the support of our co-workers is important to being able to live and succeed here.
I think that since we are a small company we can have personal relationships with our leadership. Whether they listen to us or not is debatable sometimes based on their actions, but I would like to think that they do. Having closer relationships with management helps getting our voices heard.
