The work pace is good, I have been stuck on swing shift for 2 years now with no real chance to move. When we ask our management to change shifts they tell us "find a dayshifter willing to move" but none of the dayshift guys are willing to change

Cleaning up to leave and go home

Federal holidays and ACC family days
What are some of the best things about your team?
The guys on my shift all work well together and we have a good time
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is good, but the company health insurance for the people without VA Healthcare is pretty expensive
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating people equally between retirees and non retirees. There is a crystal clear difference in how the older guys are treated much better than the younger guys. There is also a problem with how our leadership likes to act like we are still in the military and don't like treating people like human
