Best thing is minding our own business at our site and try to seperate ourslves from othe bad sites.

Provide employees with appropriate training such as CPR and proper confined space training. Stop creating barriars to perform common sense decisions.

Regardless of the challenges provided by the customers and company leadership, the employee understand whats important and try to do whats right.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leadership tells us that customers speak negatively about the contractors but dont provide that same perspective in person. Need honest feedback and customers to include MALS need to understand what our contract states what we can do instead of expecting we do all maintenance.
