Small, tightknit group where most of us know each other, management cares about the staff and treats them respectfully.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Roles used to be more consulting oriented but now they feel more like staff augmentation. I think covid has changed things and they are not as choosy about the roles they provide to consultants.
