Ovcasionally, they are generous with $$ after you've over-proven yourself.

My hospital has a good culture but corporate is terrible

Took a long time adter interview for them to hire me

they all come in looking forward to starting the day, keeping our good team going and having our hospital br a top performer
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better insurance and benefits. Our healthcare and dental is expensive and they downgraded the dental this year, so they don't covet as much.
