What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not too much micromanagement - we're allowed to make decisions
Everyone is openned and wants to understand each other
Permanent Employees receive monthly bonuses
We are team building and working towards positive reinforcement
We care about each other and we're like family.
My hospital has a good culture but corporate is terrible
Regrettably, I can think of nothing positive about this company culture. Bear in mind, I work in sales and it is cutthroat, but for all it's worth, it's the Liaison's that are undervalued. Leadership, if you're reading this, your job is to support us, not the other way around.
Family oriented and focused. Pull in the same direction mentality.
Some of the people are great but management is horrible

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Executive Leadership evaluation. Third party survey so all the employees can be honest without the fear of retaliation.
People with positive attitudes, people who know how to smile and be friendly to colleagues, computer documentation as opposed to 1945 paper documentation.
Education and awareness - no room for advancement
