We work well together and have a good time at work. However, there are some that try to ruin that and just don't cate or put much effort into their job. Those are the ones there just to collect a paycheck.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My God...no one smiles at this place. No one looks happy. Everyone looks burned out. Perhaps this is the reason that half the RN's are agency.
