Most people are friendly and polite. Effort is recognized and rewarded or praised. Helps give good morale.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think there are ways to improve benefits, better sick time. Partner with phone companies like many other large corporations for discounts, gym/health club membership...things of this nature.
