What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

When the kids learn something new its the best !!

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like that they havent changed the leadership within the last two years

What are some of the best things about your team?

My bcba this time around is wonderful but I have had some that havent supervised for a while as well. Its a coin toss.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

No teamwork. It's like working for the circus.

What can this brand most improve?

Horrible communication and lack of any kind of follow up. Late billing and questionable ethics. Would suggested using a different ABA company.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Some of them are nice and helpful.
