Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Stop exaggerating and making false assumptions and accusations. We are supposed to be a team. Start listening to clients if you won't listen to your employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of them are nice and helpful.
My bcba this time around is wonderful but I have had some that havent supervised for a while as well. Its a coin toss.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
No teamwork. It's like working for the circus.
My supervisor lied to me and would not get back to me when i had questions
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't have much to say.
When the kids learn something new its the best !!
The kids are great. nothing else
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Have standards. We are trying to build the reputation of aba. Not make it worse.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was good
The interviewing staff is polite, they explain the company and their mission, they explain the duties, and they discuss pay. They ask fair questions, not anything tricky.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Did not interview. Company was bought.
