Create and follow a positive and collaborative work culture from every member (including the executive team and members of the board).
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay parity is a grey area at PsychArmor. And there is not enough money that will motivate me through that level of burnout ever.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to learn how to create efficiencies without burning people out. Along with establishing and following a positive and collaborative work culture.
