Overall it has been mostly positive. The biggest negatives are having leaders that do not knowing who we are and what motivates us to do what we do. Also, I keep seeing new positions filled by Leidos employees, which I didn't know existed. I don't know that there is a way for me to advance.

The challenging work and the people that I get to work with.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of them are high achievers and want to do the best work they can.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The healthcare benefits are the best part. The pay is the second best part of the package.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You can make friends here. Friends that you have not just at work, but outside of work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not assume money is the most important factor. Also, more promotions to the most senior levels from within. So many are coming from Leidos; makes those of us wanting to move into senior roles think we have to leave to get it.
