The collaboration between leader and employee.
They care about their teams.
Dedication is remarkable, and they exemplify the QTC culture that I want to work in.
My leadership team makes me feel appreciated and valued. I feel as my opinions count, and the open-door policy is a valuable asset.
I love that we have VP that is extremely interactive at all levels and allows everyone to not only have a voice but to feel comfortable and confident in sharing it. Brenda Davis is invested in the team in every way and it is a pleasure to serve for and along side her to accomplish greatness.
Communication, Active Listening, Value Employees, Give Everyone a voice and stop harassment.

If I was paid the same as my male counterpart, who has the same years of experience and work history. If I was actually paid at 80% or more of the midrange for the years of experience that I have.

The engagement with Executive Leadership (VP) and my local team. Everyone wants to succeed and the best for each other. I hope to achieve the same with my immediate leader at some point.

My team and the ability to support them - they work so hard for our overall team. My ability to learn from and work with my VP-Brenda Davis. She is a phenomenal and supportive leader. The best I've ever encountered. I hope to achieve this same level of excitement and "happiness" with my leader soon.
