What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love having options and gym reimbursement.
Different options to choose from.
How do you choose? Pay, Bonuses, Insurance coverage, Time off, Employee support services and help with educational advancement.
The benefits package is very comprehensive and all inclusive. It's also fairly priced.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I was paid the same as my male counterpart, who has the same years of experience and work history. If I was actually paid at 80% or more of the midrange for the years of experience that I have.
I have a MBA and yet I make less than some employees and most of the male employees.
