They're the best in the business.

Working together and independently, so I always feel supported.

Dedicated, humble, and eager to learn and to teach.

Inclusivity, warmth, willingness to help and respect.

My direct team: The level of commitment and dedication we all share. Willingness to learn and grow. Collaboration and ownership/accountability. My peers: I would like to see us be more collaborative and less divided in not only our operation but communications.. I think it's getting better though.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

If we are a team then we should act like one. The bullying has to stop and all of the snitching.
