The leadership team is really transparent. The access to high-level and often sensitive financial and business info really helps keep everyone informed, regardless of their level

I liked that the company tested me with case studies and evaluated my intellectual rigor and business sense. It gave me confidence that we valued the same kind of problem solving and that this would be a cultural fit.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My Qualia teammates are really efficient. Everyone works not just hard, but works smart. There's a general desire from the top on down to encourage employees to be thoughtful with their time, to minimize meetings where they aren't useful, and to work smart.
