Work is pedantic. Colleagues are undervalued. Management does not lead but instead find people to point fingers at

What makes you most happy at work?

Myself and the actual work. Co-workers are very lay or have lack of knowledge.

CUSTOMER satisfaction as the prime concern

Their overall service is terrible. I've been having issues and am a new customer. Less than a week in and I'm already considering a new provider
