They need to take the work and the business seriously. There are too many negative personalities on the executive team and their treatment of employees is beyond terrible.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Not be overloaded with work and talked down to/verbally abused.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Take care of your employee. Do not berate or belittle them in a public forum.
