What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I like the forums, we don't really have a team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting a job where I can make at least minimum wage.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Provide opportunities for regular, high quality transcriptionists to be able to make around $15-20 per hour.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like being able to pick and chose which jobs I work on, and even change my mind. Everything about how Rev works is fantastic.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Everything about working at Rev is as good as it gets. Except for the pay. The customer is getting a fantastic deal, as Rev has extremely high quality standards. When a top transcriptionist who types over 75+ wpm with over 20 years experience can barely make minimum wage there's a problem.
