The pay rate needs to be upped. Right now this position pays far less than minimum wage when you factor in how long it takes to find an audio file that's actually audible enough to be transcribed.

I've worked at Rev for four months and there have been changes in the Style Guide, the metrics and the grading. There is no consistency in the grading and there are personal comments made in the grading section. Very unprofessional.

I think they need to do better at making it possible for people to actually make money on the website. It's impossible for me to do anything right now, hence why I'm doing this through Swagbucks to actually make a little bit of money.
