This is a freelance agency. There is a feedback for the work and there are a wide range choices for content. Assignments are direct , and the technology is user friendly.

There wasn't an actual interview. I filled out an application and took an online test

I love the variety of content I'm able to work with, each time the assignments are different. Feedback is usually quick, though can be overly critical, and there is no way to edit small errors once work is submitted.
