From button locations on a POS system to popularity of menu items & now the hours of our restaurants extending before adequately staffed.

Party City: Over worked and underpaid. Organization is terrible at my store. The back room is piled 6+ amscan boxes broken and falling apart from wall to wall. Need better storage system it is trash. We throw away a heavy amount of plastic and dont recycle Also the cockroaches in the storage
Ascension: It's a great company to work for. Making sure those being placed in leadership roles can actual lead and have knowledge of the area they are over, is huge and an opportunity. Better leader development within their area is key, otherwise it turns into a blind leading the blind situation. More PTO :)

7-Eleven: Delivery times are horrible (unpredictable by hours every night) and all the other employees barely complete their jobs.

Unisys: Unisys executives promote short term fixes instead of wise strategy because their compensation encourages a "short term gain for long term pain" mentality. We have a horrible employee morale that is ignored by Unisys. Unisys communication/propaganda would make Joseph Goebbels blush.

I think the diametric shift that my greater team has had in the last year certainly has kept us on our toes, but I think the bulk of the team has handled it with aplomb. Taco Bell: I was never trained, I am also being written up for going to the hospital due to a seizure and was not capable of calling off and even with an excuse from the hospital I was still punished. I also gave them papers stating my seizure disability. I do not get recognized for how much I do at work.
Asurion: They are transparent and real. A great explain is during COVID our CEO, Tony, was honest when he was feeling down but was committed to having constant communication on our approach and that we'd get through it together.
Johnson Controls: I actually working working for Johnson control
Asurion: My previous job used to give me nightmares. With my current role at Asurion, 90% of my days are fairly laid back. I believe I can continue to grow, reach my full potential, and find my long term career.
Asurion: I think Asurion provides great work-lifef balance. The people are wonderful. There are lots of changes, and that takes getting used to. But I think we are on the right track.

McDonald's: Amazing First job i wouldn't know about long term but for a teen this is the place to go i have learned a lot from McDonald's which will help me with my future jobs. they a flexible with you hours so you do things you love still like Sports. without their support i wouldn't have been able to play .

Aramark: They don't want to hire enough employees to do the work all the work expected. It is very easy for someone sitting behind a desk say something is doable when they have never done the job themselves. The pay is ridiculous we have people making 9.25 a hour.

Asurion: My overall experience has been great, I like coming to work, I like the position I have and I have learned a lot over the years. I have learned how to balance work and home life even though we have working at home. I appreciate the company's flexibility to allow us to work from home.
