TP: So far it has been great, the only comment I may have regarding the company is basically not operations-related, it is about how slow the elevators are.
TP: Although I have only been with the company for few days, my experience so far has been very positive. The onboarding and training have been welcoming, and I look forward to learning more about the company, my role, and the account.

The best part had been my salesmen and first manager that were encouraging/supportive. They genuinely care. There are no opportunities for growth.

TP: It is the best place to work at as a growing individual. The atmosphere is good. The ideals are great.
TP: It's more amazing for being a first timer taking the opportunity assigned to the customer service inside Teleperformance and the training and how they manage for agents during production is tightly strict but very beneficial to learn new skills during my stay. Overall, it's fun for a first timer.

TP: Overall experience here is good, the only problem I see is the company does not offer free dependent/s in their HMO.
TP: TP is such a welcoming company not just to applicants with BPO experiences, but with the newbies as well. And that trait is what I don't see in other BPO companies where the competition with one another is loud inside the room. But with TP, everyone is fair no matter what your previous experiences.

General Dynamics: We have a number of leadership training and growth opportunities. Our leadership is invested in our growth. I graduated recently from what we call GDLA and numerous C-suite and high level execs attended my graduation speech.
TaskUs: My overall experience has been positive, but it could be enhanced with greater daily freedom and reduced pressure. While I value the strong culture, having more trust and less micromanagement would truly maximize my productivity and job satisfaction.

Builders FirstSource: As a 35 year employee, i have had many roles within the company. A company that is always looking to the future and finding was to grow and improve, while putting people first. Advancement opportunities are readily available with competitive wages and benefits.
Builders FirstSource: Overall it's been good. It was very hard in the beginning due to a corrupted employee that they finally got rid of. We all have worked together as a team and have built this store to a profitable status. I don't feel as confident that it will continue to grow in the same pattern.
