What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe they are all inclusive and respectful towards everyone.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like they provide a family/work balance. They acknowledge when you have worked overtime and make sure you don't over work yourself.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe they are fair and pay for what you know and how well you work with others. It is much of an improvement over the past few years.
