My favorite thing in my benefits package is having virtual medical care available. Most of the time, I can get an appointment same day instead of searching for an Urgent Care location that can see me which takes all the stress out of receiving care.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have a lot of experience in my field and I am getting paid like I was new and just learning. I feel that I should be making more due to everything I have to contribute to the company and my team

I don't feel undervalued, but with the economy as it is, our 2-3% increases in salary aren't keeping us afloat.

The most positive part of our work culture is how accessible resources are to everyone. Not only is there an article on Dayforce for anything you would like to learn, but my coworkers are always encouraging each other to be capable of more and to work towards being a more valuable part of the team.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Either replace the manager or have that individual take some serious classes on how to be one. Issues include lack of confidentiality and professionalism.

Every time a new system is introduced, it doesn't seem like it had been tested thoroughly. There aren't answers for items that should have been looked at before things are rolled out. It doesn't seem like management feels they should ask the actual users what is important for us to get the job don
