I appreciate how open my manager is to having conversations about a healthy work-life balance. Being able to come in late after a doctor appointment or to work from home when I have an ill family member makes me feel valued as an employee.

My direct leadership is an amazing professional. Top notch, cream of the crop. Always ready to provide assistance when needed, asks if help is needed, provides answers to questions quickly and in a timely fashion. Listens with the intent of understanding, provides clear examples of what is needed

My favorite thing in my benefits package is having virtual medical care available. Most of the time, I can get an appointment same day instead of searching for an Urgent Care location that can see me which takes all the stress out of receiving care.
