My overall experience has been very positive. It's a great company to work for, offering support and opportunity throughout my 34 years of employment. I've held many roles that offered continuous learning, growth, and opportunity.

I appreciate how open my manager is to having conversations about a healthy work-life balance. Being able to come in late after a doctor appointment or to work from home when I have an ill family member makes me feel valued as an employee.

My favorite thing in my benefits package is having virtual medical care available. Most of the time, I can get an appointment same day instead of searching for an Urgent Care location that can see me which takes all the stress out of receiving care.

The most positive part of our work culture is how accessible resources are to everyone.
