I mean my direct manager is good, I have no clue who the executive team is besides who Peter Jackson is, They don't bother to leave the comfort of HQ or their at home comfort jobs where all they do is teams meetings all day. How can you really be a leader with out even meeting who you lead

the vehicle reimbursements program is severely lacking. Competitor are offering double to monthly allotment and much better milage. Also, basing this off a mid-sized SUV is wrong. Any good lumber/door salesman should be driving a truck. Company trucks were the best option for customer service.

The pay is lower than someone with my qualifications should be making, the raises are so tiny they are barely even noticeable, and you must wait a full year to get a raise, regardless of circumstances or progress made over the first few months. VERY frustrating because that locks you into low pay.

Most are extremely lazy. There is no sense of urgency. Let me go to lunch, shop online, chat on phone smoke cigarette, or talk with co workers BEFORE I take care of customers!! And there is seemingly no manager around to reprimand or fire these people. Discouraging for others that love this co.

Leadership has lost our buy in. They're so focused on digital and dollars. They've lost focus on the TM in front of them. Outside sales can do absolutely no wrong, and other teams like inside sales and pricing are constantly being kicked down.
