The pay for those that go above and beyond is never compensated by the company. The verbal appreciation is nice from our team, but it would be nice to have the company appreciate the work force as well.

there is no team environment here, and it is not encouraged by any management or supervisors.

Most are extremely lazy. There is no sense of urgency. Let me go to lunch, shop online, chat on phone smoke cigarette, or talk with co workers BEFORE I take care of customers!! And there is seemingly no manager around to reprimand or fire these people. Discouraging for others that love this co.

Honestly, our culture is terrible. I can't think of one thing leadership is doing to boost morale. The only reason I still want to come to work is because of the connections I've made with my peers. I'm not challenged. There's no drive to want to do better.

Leadership has lost our buy in. They're so focused on digital and dollars. They've lost focus on the TM in front of them. Outside sales can do absolutely no wrong, and other teams like inside sales and pricing are constantly being kicked down.
