I work remotely. I correspond with my manager more than anyone else. I knew when I interviewed that he and I would be able to work well together. I had job offers from other companies, but working with my manager and the pay offered were bonuses for me.

I feel that our annual pay increase of 3% is not in keeping with the current rate of inflation. Even with making 3% more with every passing year, when compared to inflation, I now make less than what I did when I started over 8 years ago. And if we want more than 3% raise, we get kick back.

I work remotely so I really don't interact with my co-workers only when we have a team meeting. But company as a whole, it's fair and transparent.

I'm a remote worker. Having the flexibility to work from home is a blessing. I'm a self-starter and don't need to be micro-managed. My manager gets me the work that needs done, and I accomplish it. I appreciate his laid-back leadership and trust in my abilities.
